While a license key is provided to facilitate updates from our servers, the plugin will remain operational even if you choose not to activate the license or if your subscription is canceled.
Each product purchased from StorePlugin comes with a one-year period of support and updates, starting from the moment the order is completed. Without a valid license, access to download any purchased products is restricted.
- Download Access: An active subscription is necessary to access the downloads section.
- Auto-Renewal: To ensure uninterrupted access to updates and support, each product includes an auto-renewal feature through PayPal and Stripe subscriptions.
3. Ownership and Liability
Our products, whether modified or unmodified, are not subject to claims of intellectual or exclusive ownership by users. They remain the sole property of StorePlugin. All our products are provided on an “as is” basis, without any form of warranty, either expressed or implied. StorePlugin shall not be liable for any type of damages, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or other losses that may result from the use or inability to use our products.
User Accounts and Product Licenses are non-transferable.
If you are contracting on behalf of another individual or representing someone, we advise that the products be purchased directly from us. This approach streamlines support and saves time for both parties.
4. Refund Policy
Our refund policy is straightforward and customer-friendly. At StorePlugin, we stand behind the quality of our products with confidence. That’s why we offer a 14-day, no-questions-asked refund policy. If you find that our product isn’t to your liking or if it causes any issues, you are entitled to a full 100% refund within 14 days from the date of your original purchase.
While we won’t question your decision to request a refund, we welcome any feedback or suggestions for improvement. Your insights on why you chose to request a refund are invaluable to us as they help us enhance our products and services.
5. Warranty Disclaimer
StorePlugin provides its products on an “as is” basis, without any warranties, either express or implied. We cannot assure that our products will be compatible with all web browsers or all versions of WordPress. Additionally, we do not guarantee that they will work seamlessly with third-party plugins, scripts, or applications.

6. Product Updates Policy
At StorePlugin, each product you purchase comes with free updates for one year from the date of your purchase. While we strive to continually enhance our products and ensure their compatibility with the latest version of WordPress, we cannot commit to perpetual updates. Furthermore, compatibility with older versions of WordPress (3.0 or earlier) is not guaranteed. Our commitment is to do our best to improve each product over time, keeping pace with new developments and updates in WordPress.
7. Account Termination and Suspension Policy
StorePlugin reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user account without prior notice, based on the following grounds:
- Abusive Conduct: Engaging in abusive behavior or exhibiting excessive negativity towards StorePlugin staff or other customers.
- Defamatory Statements: Making repeated defamatory, malicious, or false claims against StorePlugin, including slander, or attempting to dissuade potential customers from purchasing our products.
- Inappropriate Promotions: Promoting competing products, involvement in software piracy, hacking, spamming, or engaging in other illegal activities.
- Security Concerns: If we have reasonable grounds to believe that an account has been compromised, shared without authorization, or poses other security risks.

10. Lifetime Deals License Policy
StorePlugin provides lifetime deals for all of its plugins. It’s important to note that ‘Lifetime’ in this context refers to the lifetime of the product itself, not the lifetime of the purchaser or any other interpretation. The product lifetime is defined as the period from the initial sale of the product to the time it is discontinued. StorePlugin reserves the right to declare the end of a product’s lifetime, providing a notice period of 45-90 days in advance.
